No. Account owners don’t have to take a seat on the subscription. Once you subscribe, we'll send you an onboarding link you can send to the employees you want to give access to. 

Yes. As the owner of your account, you'll have access to an admin dashboard in MySkift, so you can add or remove users from your team subscription.

Yes. We can create custom invoices for multi-seat subscriptions with 2 or more seats. Reach out to support@skift.com for additional information.

Yes. You can add more seats to your subscription at any time. If you’re adding seats midterm, we'll send you a prorated invoice for the additional users. Please reach out to support@skift.com to add users.

If you purchased a “Team” subscription, your subscription will auto-renewal in one year from purchase. If you went through our sales team and purchased an “Enterprise” subscription, we will reach out close to the renewal date to confirm your subscription.
