Issue Summary

In this week’s edition, the Gulf Middle East takes center stage with a profile of Kuwait’s Jazeera Airways. Rival Air Arabia, for example, blamed excess competitive capacity for weaker-than-usual fourth-quarter profits. Jazeera itself posted a heavy fourth-quarter loss.
