For America’s Big Three and Europe’s Big Three, there’s been no place sweeter than the North Atlantic. It’s a refuge from LCC harassment, a source of rich premium traffic, a big driver of value for their loyalty plans, a place to deploy cost-efficient widebody planes, and a wellspring of bountiful demand. During 2023 and again in 2024, transatlantic routes shined bright like a diamond. Will they once again, in 2025, be diamonds in the sky?
